About Sioux Falls Home Assessment

What we are
We are a referral service, not a contractor. Contractor matching isn't live in Sioux Falls yet, so right now we don't collect or pass on anyone's contact details. We are not a contractor and we do not perform any repair work ourselves.
How we make money
We are a lead generation service. When a homeowner asks to be connected with help, we sell that request to one independent company. Which company gets it is decided by the order of that list, with the first company that accepts your request getting it rather than the one best suited to your job, among the businesses named on the consent box. They pay us; you are never charged, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
We think you should know that before you decide, which is why the assessment and the full report are free and require no contact details at all. Nothing is sold unless you specifically ask to be contacted.
Who sees your data
If you ask to be contacted, your details go to one company chosen from the list named on the consent checkbox (currently Modernize and its network of home service professionals, Service Direct and its network of home service professionals) plus Sioux Falls Home Assessment. Not all of them, and never a company that wasn't named before you agreed; our system refuses to send your details to anyone off that list. We log exactly what you saw and agreed to.
We measure our ads with Meta, but we never send them your email or phone number, even hashed. If you only use the assessment and take the report, we collect nothing about you. We only count, anonymously, how many assessments are finished, with no answers and nothing that identifies you. You can stop contact, stop sharing, or delete your data at any time.
Our promise on honesty
Our assessment tells you the truth. If your answers indicate no problem, we say so and give you real maintenance guidance. We never inflate a result to push you toward a contractor.
